Roasted pepper and tomatoe soup

This is a take on the traditional tomatoe soup with a wonderfull smoke flovor.  For this recipie you will need:

1 red pepper

4 ripe roma tomatoes

Half thinly sliced onion

3 cloves of garlic

Thyme and rosemary

3 oz of butter

1 cup of vegatable stock

First turn on oven to 450. Then diced up the pepper and tomatoes into halk inch chunks and put them into a roasting pan. Then put the onion on top along with the peeled garlic cloves and rosmary and thyme and drizzle with olive oil and put into oven for about 15 min untill the tomatoes and pepper are charred. Once they are simply put into a blender along with the butter and stock and blend untill smooth, seasoning to taste.
